Smoothies are easy to make and healthy breakfast to many of us in our day to day life. After having many calories one needs to have a detox day. Smoothies contains many nutrients and are good for health. You can create different types of smoothies according to your own wish. You can even add nuts and oats to it to make it a heavy breakfast.
So here, I have made 4 delicious healthy breakfast smoothies with 6 amazing fruits adding honey,cashews and Sabja to it. As Strawberry is a seasonal fruit so it is an amazing treat during winters.
Let’s Start Preparing Smoothies
Ingredients
- Strawberries
- Kiwi
- Apples
- Banana
- Watermelon
- Papaya
- Honey
- Milk
- Sugar(2 tbsp)
- Water(1 tbsp)
- Lemon 1 tbsp
- Mint leaves
1) Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie
- Add sabja seeds(Chia seeds) and add 5-6 pieces of Kiwi.
- Then add 4 strawberries to it
- Put 2 tbsp of Sugar
- 1 tbsp of water
This will serve 1 glass. If you want to add another glass double the recipe.
2) Watermelon Mint Smoothie
- Add some watermelon in the grinder
- Put 3-4 Mint leaves to it.
- Add 2 tbsp of sugar
- Squeeze out 1 tbsp of lemon juice for the taste.
Your Watermelon Mint Smoothie is ready to serve.

3) Banana Apple Smoothies
- Add 1/2 apple and 1 full banana to it.
- Add 2 tbsp of sugar
- Put 1 tbsp of honey
- Some Cashews or even nuts to it
- 1/2 cup of milk
After smoothie is ready spread some honey on top of it. You can also add some cashews to it.
4) Papaya Banana Smoothie
- Add 1/2 papaya and 1 full banana
- Add 2 tbsp of sugar
- Put 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/2 cup of milk to it and grind it
Your Papaya Banana Smoothie is ready.
This smoothies are easy to prepare at home and are delicious to drink. Basically blend any ingredients of your choice and present it as each and every fruit have some or the another flavour and taste. If you want a good color for your smoothie try to add 2 different fruits and blend it. So, it will bring you amazing taste and beautiful color.
