Smoothie Bowl is delicious and healthy recipe for breakfast. Dragon fruit is very nutritious and fat free. It can be combined with any fruit and it still gives its own magic of taste. You can make different dishes from dragon fruit and shape it according to yourself. I have added mango and frozen banana for smoothie bowl.
The Smoothie bowl is wonderful and healthy breakfast to start the day. It is very easy recipe to make with just 6 ingredients. However, you can add your favourite toppings and customize it accordingly.
Ingredients
1) 1 Dragon Fruit |
2) 1 Mango |
3) 2 Frozen Small Banana(Elaichi Banana) |
4) Cashewnuts |
5) Dried Blueberries |
6) 1 tbsp Honey |
7) Chopped Almonds |
Instructions to Prepare Smoothie Bowl
- Chop the bananas and freeze it the night before. It will add the creamy texture to the smoothie.
- First add the Cashews in the blender and add the dragon fruit.
3. Add 2 chopped frozen bananas and add 1 mango inside the blender.
4. Blend it until smooth.
5. Adding 1 tbsp honey is optional. It is just to add the sweetness inside the smoothie.
6. For Assembling take any shapes you want to decorate it on smoothie bowl.
7. You can also drizzle it with honey on the top of the smoothie.
8. sprinkle some Blueberries, almonds and cereals on top of it.

How Long to Keep the Smoothie Bowl ?
You can keep the left-over mixture in the air tight container inside the refrigerator for 2 days.
